Parent Curriculum Nights set for Wednesday and Thursday
We look forward to welcoming families to the building on Wednesday, August 30th and Thursday, August 31st for Curriculum Night!
This parent-only event is a wonderful opportunity for our staff to share information on the content that will be covered during the year, as well as the expectations we have set for your child. Upon arrival, parents should head straight to their child's classroom.
Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2023
- First Grade: 6:00 pm to 6:45 pm
- Preschool: 6:00 pm to 6:45 pm
- Second Grade: 7:00 pm to 7:45 pm
Thursday, Aug. 31, 2023
- Fourth Grade: 6:00 pm to 6:45 pm
- All Day Kindergarten: 6:00 pm to 6:45 pm
- Third Grade: 7:00 pm to 7:45 pm
- Half Day Kindergarten: 7:00 pm to 7:45 pm
When attending Curriculum Night at NRES, there are a variety of locations to park. Parents who choose to park in any available space when entering through Drive #1 or Drive #2 can access the building through the main doors. Overflow parking will also be available all around the building in the various "Bus Bay" locations. Parents who choose to park in these areas should still enter the building from the main doors as those will be unlocked for the duration of the event. However, upon leaving, you are welcome to depart from whichever door is closest to where you chose to park.
Please note that Curriculum Night is not designed for individual conferences. It is an opportunity to meet with your child's teacher or teachers and learn more about expectations and content for the school year.
Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled later in the year and will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 8th and Thursday, Nov. 16th.
