Bear Families,
It has been an outstanding start to the 2023-2024 school year!
We recently released the results of the State Report Card and the District Quality Profile. Although the report card does not define us, it is clear that we performed well on these measures, receiving an overall rating of 5 Stars. Our Quality Profile takes a deeper look into who we are and what we do as a District, and we couldn’t be more proud of all the great things happening for our students.
As you know, we are currently in the process of installing artificial turf on our softball and baseball fields, creating a new home locker room/training room at the stadium and renovating the bus facility. All of these projects are being done without asking for additional revenue or using any general fund dollars.
As a District, we understand that communication is critical for our students, staff and families. We have created a plan that identifies HOW we will communicate, WHAT will be communicated and WHERE you can expect to receive or find information. We encourage everyone to visit our new website and to also download the new District APP.
One of my favorite things to do each week is to walk our buildings and see the awesome things happening around our District. We have great students from great families working with a world class staff who truly care about our students.
It is a great time to be a part of the Bear Family!!
