Kindergarten Registration Information

Dear Future Kindergarten Parents/Guardians,

Welcome to the North Royalton City School District and our Early Childhood Center. Your child is about to begin a wonderful educational adventure at the Early Childhood Center on the Broadview Center campus. We are very proud of the environment and program we have created and are able to offer your child. We look forward to your participation in this process and experience.

If your child will be 5 years old by September 30, 2014 and you are a resident of the North Royalton City School District, you are invited to register your child for Kindergarten. Please take time to read all the material and complete all forms contained in the registration process.

Registration will be a four step process:

Step 1. PRE-REGISTER. Online pre-registration will allow for more efficient registration and will enable the district to more accurately anticipate the number of students attending kindergarten for the 2014-15 school year. Pre-Registration will only take a few minutes to complete. You will receive a confirmation email that you have begun the process, and other important registration information. Step 2. Download and complete the forms included in your confirmation email

Step 3. Call our Central Registration Department (440-582-9131) to set up an appointment to bring in the completed forms along with your child’s original birth certificate, valid driver’s license, proof of residency, and any divorce or custody documents. Details on all required documents will be included in your confirmation email.

Step 4. Once we have the necessary documentation, you will be emailed a registration code for our student information system, Infosnap. If you have older students in the district, you are familiar with this system. Log into infosnap through the district web site, complete the information and your child will be registered.

Your youngster is beginning a very exciting journey. We are looking forward to working with you to make his / her educational experience as positive as possible. Thank you for your continued support.
